Visiting Our Massage Spa in Eau Claire

There are 3 ways to contact our massage spa: call 715-256-8288, email [email protected], or walk in at 2151 Eastridge Center, Floor 1, #C, Eau Claire, WI 54701. We are open 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM every day of the week, with the last 60 minute session starting at 8:30 PM.

Booking by phone is fastest — the front desk can tell you what is open in the next couple of hours, which a form cannot. Below are drive times, parking details, and what to have ready when you call.

Parking and finding the suite

Eastridge Center has a free surface lot with spaces directly in front of our entrance — no meters, no garage, and no long walk. We are Suite #C on the first floor, so there are no stairs and no elevator to find. Every session inside is run by a certified, experienced therapist.

If it is your first visit, allow an extra 5 minutes to park and locate the suite. After that it is a 30 second walk from car to door.

What to have ready when you call

Four things make the call take 2 minutes instead of 10: roughly when you want to come, whether you want 60, 90 or 120 minutes, which style (or 'not sure, it's my first' — that is a perfectly good answer), and anything medical we should know about.

That last one matters more than people expect. Blood thinners, pregnancy, recent surgery, skin conditions and fresh injuries all change what is appropriate, particularly for add-ons like cupping and gua sha.

If you are driving in from out of town

Chippewa Falls is about 11 miles and 15 minutes down Highway 124; the Chippewa Falls page has the route detail. Altoona and Lake Hallie are both under 10 minutes. If the trip is going to be occasional rather than weekly, book 90 minutes rather than 60 — the ratio of table time to windshield time works out much better.

Call first rather than driving in on the chance. We do take walk-ins when a therapist is free, but not reliably during the 4 PM to 7 PM window or on Saturdays.

How to Get Here From Highway 53

Most first-time visitors come off Highway 53, which puts the door about 3 minutes and 1 mile from the exit. The suite sits behind the Eastridge Center frontage rather than on it, so the last 30 seconds are the only part people get wrong. These are the turns in order.

  1. Take the Highway 53 exit for Golf Road on the east side of Eau Claire.
  2. Head east about 0.8 miles toward Eastridge Center. Oakwood Mall will be on your right — if you pass it going the other way, you have overshot by roughly 1.2 miles.
  3. Turn into the Eastridge Center lot. It is a free surface lot with no meters, no gate and no garage.
  4. Park in front of the Floor 1 entrance. Spaces sit directly outside the door, so the walk is about 30 seconds.
  5. Look for Suite #C on the first floor. There are no stairs and no elevator to find.
  6. Call 715-256-8288 from the lot if anything looks wrong. Someone answers during all 12.5 open hours, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Q Healthy Spa's phone number and address?

Phone 715-256-8288, email [email protected]. We are at 2151 Eastridge Center, Floor 1, #C, Eau Claire, WI 54701, with free surface parking directly in front of the suite.

What are your opening hours?

9:00 AM to 9:30 PM, all 7 days a week including weekends and most holidays. The last 60 minute session starts at 8:30 PM. That is 12.5 hours a day — the longest hours of any massage studio in Eau Claire.

Is parking free?

Yes. Eastridge Center has a free surface lot with spaces directly in front of our entrance — no meters and no garage. We are Suite #C on the first floor, so there are no stairs and no elevator.

How far ahead should I book?

Same day is often fine on weekday mornings. Allow 2 to 3 days for the 4 PM to 7 PM weekday window, 3 to 7 days for a Saturday, and 3 to 7 days for a couples booking since it needs two therapists free at once.

What should I have ready when I call?

Roughly when you want to come, whether you want 60, 90 or 120 minutes, which style (or that it is your first massage), and anything medical — blood thinners, pregnancy, recent surgery, skin conditions or fresh injuries all change what is appropriate.

How far is it from Chippewa Falls?

About 11 miles and 15 minutes via Highway 124, or roughly 17 minutes via Highway 53. Altoona and Lake Hallie are both under 10 minutes away, and nothing in Eau Claire proper is more than about 10 minutes.
